Vessel Walkthrough
"Grapevine" is a beautiful vessel with varnished teak transom. She has teak overlay decks in he cockpit and painted nonskid decks on the foredeck. She has teak covering boards and varnished teak trim. The three stateroom layout isvery desirable with two of the staterooms having bunks while the forward stateroom has is private head and shower. The vessel has Kenmore stackable washer and dryer located on the aft end port side. There is a raised salon and galley forward port with a countertop dividing the two. The galley has a stainless steel sink and upper and lower storage cabinets. The raised salon has large windows starboard and aft a large new U-shaped couch a bar with a hidden stainless steel sink and a U-line ice machine. Port side there is a kitchen bar with two stools the main electric switchboard and a sliding door leading to the cockpit. The interior is finished with carpeted soles with varnished teak in the galley. She has satin finished wood trim and cabinetry throughout with Corian countertops in the heads. There are soft paneled overheads and vinyl covered walls forward in the staterooms and satin finished wood panels in the salon and galley.

Mechanical/ Electrical
The engines were overhauled in January of 2007. They have 800 hrs since rebuild or total of 3900 hours. The vessel was painted in January of 2007 (awlgrip). The engine room on board "Grapevine" is entered via a lift up hatch in the forward cockpit. The engine room is lit with AC fluorescent lights. The decks are varnished teak and painted fiberglass. The engine room is insulated behind fiberglass panels. AC electrical power is provided by either 12.5kW Westerbeke generator or by single 110-volt single phase 60-cycle shore power cord. The shore cord inlet is located portside in the cockpit.
